Duties and
Responsibilities:
Prepares food daily as outlined on menus utilizing standardized recipesAlters or adapts recipes to accommodate special dietary needs Ensures proper plate presentation and garnish food in an attractive wayCoordinates and participates in working the service line during meal timesMonitors portion controlEnsures work areas are clean and adhere to all sanitation guidelinesEnsures all food items are properly stored and labeled and datedBuild positive relationships with residents, associates and co-workersRequired Skills and
Qualifications:
