The Village at Victory Lakes, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant who is customer and patient focused to become a part of a healthcare company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy.

Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projectsMust be able to lead programs and eventsServe as a liaison for resident's families.
Develops a Life Enrichment program suitable for residents, assist with producing calendar of events and activities to meet the overall needs and interest of resident's in Assisted and Independent Living.
Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their familyRequired skills and
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentAssociates dress for general studies or medical field, C.

AAt least 1 year of experience in activitiesMust enjoy working with the senior population The Village at Victory Lakes is a vibrant senior living community in Lindenhurst, Illinois.
The Village at Victory Lakes is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living, memory support assisted living, and skilled nursing/long-term care.
Additionally, the on-site rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community.
