Responsibilities:
Monitor tuition accounts and other school related cash receipts
Responsibilities:
1.
Generate and maintain all enrollment and tuition data 2.
Communicate with families regarding past-due tuition, and assist them in developing a payment plan to bring accounts up to date 3.
Process and manage Scrip orders 4.
Generate monthly financial reports to the Principal and OCS team.
5.
Manage all aspects of Payroll including onboarding new employees 6.
Oversee the financial aid process including grant award recommendations 7.
Create the annual school budget in consultation with the principal.
8.
Complete annual reports for OCS.
Detailed Description of Duties:
Weekly:
1.
Process Scrip orders, fulfill orders 2.
Monitor tuition accounts.
Contact and follow up with families regarding past-due tuition.
3.
Enter and reconcile payroll Monthly:
1.
Generate transaction reports and update quickbooks with any journal entries 2.
Communicate to Principal current collection rate and past due accounts 3.
Process all payments for Athletics Annually:
1.
Process re-enrollment deposits and update records for returning and new students 2.
Collect and process all prepaid tuition 3.
Process Scrip rebates 4.
Process financial aid payments 5.
Process and update enrollment information Job Type:
